Plot Summary:
In a world where a place was call Academy City that only student can live and was assume that there is 20 to 30 year between this place and outer place. This Academy City develop children to have a supernatural power and was called an Esper. This place rank their student from level 0(no power) to level 5. Kamijyo Touma was a level 0, but in reality he has the most powerfull power that can disper any supernatural power including mahou. One day he meet a priest name Index that carry 103,000 grimoire in her head and was hunt by an organisation called Necessarius. Watch how they fight together with a fellow from Necessarius to defeat other organisation.
